The WLA meets weekly at Dartford Football Club ground, Princes Park, in the function suite.

During the course of the 8 sessions your activities will include

  • Walking
  • Circuits
  • Abdominal and back strengthening
  • Bums, legs and tums
  • Basic floor exercises
  • Team games
  • Boxing


The Weight Loss Academy will encourage you to enjoy exercise by finding an activity that you like doing.

This encourages you to do more.

 

 



  • Walking is a great fat burning activity
  • Can be shared with your partners or enjoyed with your music!
  • You are never far from a good walk
  • No specialist equipment required

Explore your local facilities and you may be surprised how many different activities you might like to try.

Focus on the feeling of satisfaction after each session.
